Conditions of Uzbekistan Visa Support

Visa support is arranged only in case visitors purchase a tour package or hotel reservation at least for the dates of their stay in Uzbekistan. Consular/visa and additional fees are paid by the visitors themselves on spot in the Consulates or Embassies of Uzbekistan depending on the length of their stay.

In order to provide you with a LOI we need the following visa support application form in filled with requested information.

The travel agency prepares visa support application form based on the information provided by a visitor as well as scanned photocopy of visitor’s valid passport and reference letter from visitor’s working place with good quality and submits them to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan. The confirmation process of visa support takes about 7-10 working days. Approved visa support application is directly sent to the Embassy or Consulate of the Republic of Uzbekistan where a visitor obtains a tourist visa via telex number of the visa support application sent by travel agency via e-mail.

Note that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan might have right to deny any application for visa support without providing further explanations.
